“Our trip to Dallas was quick and hectic but enjoyed having a great place to spend our evenings. Parking was easy and access to cross town highways made travel easy. Nice skyline views from bedroom. We felt at home as soon as we arrived when the virtual fireplace greeted us. Tanner was wonderful and responsive when I had questions. Highly recommend his Western Chic Retreat.”

“The property was clean and as advertized except that the pool was not available. This was apparently the fault of the HOA and not the hosts. The host was very available and quick to respond.I would probably not stay there again as it is 2 stories, and the stairs were a little difficult for me.”

“We stayed here for Dreamhack and the apartment was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the convention center and we would happily stay here again when we come back for anything at the convention center. ”

“This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!”

“Tiffany is an outstanding host. Everything was perfect and we will certainly want to stay at her property again on our next trip to Dallas.The apartment is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We spent 12 days in this cozy apartment while visiting family. Our favorite feature was the view over the lake from the dining table and balcony. We were able to observe pelicans and seagulls and watch the sky change at sunrise and sunset.It is extremely easy to get on the highway to reach any……

“Filed claim w/VRBO Pictures & write up are misleading. ~The best is the last item~ - Advertise with pictures showing the next door apt is a 2 story with their 2nd floor balcony apt is and directly above of rental. Loud. - Replace small (child size) table in dinning area - A smattering of silverware, 2, plates, cups, no ice trays, -Replace velvet sofa with no velvet. Looked dirty. 1 cushion had no fabric, placed sheets down to have a place to sit. Couch is too big for small area so right up……

It is ideally located near Lakewood and Swiss Avenue, with an “easy shot” everywhere in Dallas. Thanks to Jenn and the entire crew. Highly recommend this property and Ritzy Room. ”

“Property is old/ worn/dirty. The unit was filthy! Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Bathroom toilet had a huge amount of dried urine on the underside of toilet seat. Bathroom sink had dried toothpaste and men’s whiskers all over it and the wall. The bathroom counter had rotten wood and is falling apart. We had to stay one night as we had no other place to stay. Upon following directions and stripping the bed, there was no mattress pad cover, and the mattress was stained horribly.”

“The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience.”
