“I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.”

“Great location and a sweet small hotel. The hotel reception is in the cafe so there isn't much space or room for luggage. Our room was spotless and had an incredible lake view and the pool views were spectacular. The hairdryer needed replacing - outdated for 2025!”

“The hotel itself could use a refresh in that it’s a little tired, but the staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with our first room (a bad smell) and they changed and upgraded the room without question. They were also happy to store our bicycles while we were there. ”

“Perfect stay for arriving and departing from. Airport and Train station. Shuttles were very accommodating. Hotel was perfect after long day of travel and good service. Enjoyed the country club next door for good wine and meal. Stayed at the begging and end of our trip and would do it again! ”
