“After all day walking around and visiting all the parks, we came back very tired about 12 o’clock at night and the AC was not cooling after the AC guy came. He told us that this AC unit has been broken for a couple days and all they had him do was recharge so we are sitting here at 12 o’clock and I will no AC having to pack up all our clothes with the kids and move to another room was a little disappointed that they rented us the room, knowing they had an issue for the last couple days the AC……

“This place was a beautiful location… The pools were gorgeous. The grounds were well kept and the people were super nice. We thought that we rented a certain apartment at the resort, but you just get any two bedroom at the resort so it really doesn’t match the photos. We were in a renovated building so it was very clean except for the tiny ants in the kitchen, which they totally took care of. “We were very impressed and happy with everything! From the easy checkin all the way through the end of our stay, things were ideal!
