“This Resort/Spa Hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, in a beautiful and quiet setting/location. The room was lovely! BUT sadly, the staff was so unwelcoming, so unaccommodating and just plain awkward, seeming pretentious and weird, which was very different from our experience in Rome & Sorrento. Not sure if it was the region, or just poor hirings. You could have cut the tension amongst the staff with a knife! Honestly, I would not recommend this stay. You can do better! “The room is clean. There is public wifi at the lobby. No wifi in the room. 5 Euro for breakfast for each person. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it is not too hot in the room during summer timeas the hotel is on highland. There is fan in the room.”

“Very basic but squeaky clean convent. Limited housekeeping but within acceptable limits. Staff are dedicated, helpful and professional. The premises are a mixture of basic and awesome, the roof terrace is a joy as are the gardens and the two reading rooms, the upper one is more like a state audience hall.
