“多年旅行經驗中,令我最深刻的一次的體驗! 不是好! 而是差! 早在3月時, 已經在HOTELS.COM訂了這家古堡酒店, 因為在網絡看到介紹覺得這古堡很漂亮, 最吸引我是古堡入面其中一間獨位小屋, 我們可以說是為了這間小屋而來的, 當我們懷者興奮的心情到達古堡準備CHECK IN時, 一位服務員帶我們去看看入住的地方, 我們才發現那根本不是我們訂的小屋, 而是一座比較大的建築內入面三間雙人房! 完全不是我們所訂的屋, 那我們便跟服務員說是不是攪錯了? 服務員一開始就非常肯定的說沒有攪錯, 要我們再出示HOTELS.COM的確認信,才走回辦公室查看,等了一會,再出來回覆又說是可能是系統問題,攪錯了訂房,我們當然不妥協! 我們要的獨立小屋跟這三間房簡直是兩碼子的事, 獨立屋有廚房,大煮食爐頭,焗爐等等,我們在市內已經買了豐富食材準備晚餐及明天的早餐,現在只有的是其中一間房入面有一個櫃內的一組小型煮食爐,還有一個爐是用不到的! 景觀更加不用比較了,獨立屋是面向大草原,景觀很美. 比這三間房間相差太遠了! 於是我們再請服務員給回正確的房間給我們.……

“The Borgo is situated very far from the main road, with a small scary road that we did not dare drive in the dark. There were tons of bugs, we got eaten alive our 1st time at the pool, we only stayed 20 mins. Our initial room was awful, next to reception, where groups of people hung out. “Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.).
