“I had a wonderful stay in Casa Gioconda. It is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect for exploring Gaeta. My days started with terrific options for breakfast and lovely conversations with Letizia and Amanda. Letizia and Amanda are both so kind and helpful with recommendations and getting my ridiculously heavy luggage up the stairs. I had three great sleeps in a very comfortable bed in a quiet calm setting. The Casa is located near many restaurants and the sea walk. I would not……

“This hotel is well-located and easily-walkable to little shops and cafes. The price was fair for the room (and breakfast!) and we got a room with a balcony which was lovely. Here are some thoughta for anyone considering it as well The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car. It was also close to shops and about a 15 min walk to the old town where most of the restaurants are. We tried Sfizi & Delizie and loved the food and the entertaining owner. “The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm……
