“Beautiful location and facilities. The staff was friendly and professional. Great location to walk or take the train. Lovely area. ”

“整體環境都是蠻好的，就是距離機場有點距離。另外，可能當時我們晚上很晚CHACK IN，接待我們的櫃台阿姨感覺並不親切，態度也強硬，因為隔天一早就要還車上飛機，我選擇默默承受。若可以的話我還是會選擇剛來第一天在機場旁邊的萬豪酒店。”

“Staff of the hotel is very helpful, but the air-conditioner doesn't function, the rom felt very hot.”

“Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. You can hear the kitchen working from the room but it’s usually quiet by midnight and starts up around 8 in noise. I did not mind this since I was out and about most of the……

“Near the LIN airport. If you need to travel to the city center, you can take the tram No.27 for around 20 mins. Anyway, it's hard to buy a ticket near the hotel as you can't find any shop nearby. The staff is polite but doesn't have a lot of passion. The room is simple and clean but not very satisfied with the bathroom. The breakfast is simple but still tasty. ”

“The apartment is in a nice and safe area. Good apartment but not so special. The team is very reactive, a little too much about the arrival time. ”

“La chambre était très moderne et équipée d’un frigo. L’acceuil était très agréable avec accompagnement jusqu’à la chambre. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et réactif. Point bonus pour la machine à café à disposition 24h/24 ! De nombreuses transports en commun et vélos/trotinettes de locations accessibles dans le quartier.”

“Hotel di buon livello purtroppo la temperatura della stanza nonostante il termostato fosse su 21 gradi il massimo possibile la stanza risultava fredda e non avevamo nemmeno la classica coperta a disposizione nell'armadio il termosifone nel bagno era caldo solo nell'angolino in basso . La mattina alla mia rimostranza all'addetto della reception mi sono sentito dire: bastava chiamasse le avremo alzato la temperatura e provveduto a darle una coperta......bastava un "ci scusiamo per il disagio"prima……
