“Ok, you have to visit this place!!! Its a renovated 1921 winery manor house on a hill in the country! Our warm and welcoming host, Antonio used a translation app to speak ti us. Because the property is in the middle of nowhere i asked about dunner, he then asked about our dietary requirements etc. when we arrived he said dinner would be st 8. Fair enough, when we came down at 8 he had an un-corked breathing bottle of his red wine , and a HUGE spread of Anti-pasto. Crusty fresh bread, 5 or so hot……

“Una bella sorpresa. Una struttura con uno staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Camere spaziose e pulite . Ristorante all’interno della struttura molto buono con menù diversi ogni gg e parcheggio chiuso la sera molto comodo. Devo dire grazie allo staff che sono stati disponibili dopo la chiusura della reception, avendo avuto un piccolo problema in camera , perché neanche dopo 10 min il titolare è venuto aiutarmi e sistemare il problema all’una del mattino ! Tornerò sicuramente! ”

“Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, familiäres B&B. Der Verantwortliche ist sehr sympatisch und war auch ausserhalb der Rezeption per whatsapp immer erreichbar auch für unseren späten Check-in. Das Frühstück wird am Vortag auf das Zimmer gebracht und konnte in unserem Zimmer am nächsten morgen auf dem sonnigen Balkon eingenommen werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine befindet sich im Zimmer. Schade, dass es weder frisches Brot noch Milch dazu gab. ”

“Abbiamo trovato un Hotel con gestione familiare con personale molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. Menomale la camera era riscaldata, visto che il tempo era un pò bruttino. Purtroppo il termostato non si poteva regolare ma volendo si poteva staccare del tutto, in caso di avesse caldo. Quindi ok. Colazione con cornetto e caffè o cappuccino servito al tavolo, piccolo buffet con frutta fresca, yogurt, diverse merendine, fette biscottate e marmellata ecc. Molto carino. Wifi forse un pò da……

“We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. ”
