“We celebrated Mother's Day at this beautiful property. Our dinner was sublime with a view of the water, priceless and romantic. Our garden facing room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We drove and the location was very hard to find. Once we figured it out we were met at a piazza steps away. The bellboy drove our car through the most narrow street you can imagine and our worries melted away. ”

“We loved our four night stay at the Hotel Graal. Our room (executive) was newly refurbished with fabulous views of the coastline from a large sliding door/juliette balcony. All the staff were very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was lovely and very clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Ravello with everything just a few minutes’ walk away and the bus stop for buses to amalfi is just up the road. We would highly recommend a stay here.”

“飯店地理位置位於山區，山路崎嶇，除非租車，一般大眾交通不易到達。飯店沒有自備停車場，停車場離飯店有段距離且需再付15歐元。我們預訂的是三人間家庭房，抵達後卻還沒備妥沙發床。飯店規定check-in時間超過晚上8點要多付錢。浴室得水量不夠大，且忽冷忽熱。晚上窗外不知名蟲子飛滿整片浴室及陽台窗戶，但櫃台人員早已下班!這真是可怕的住宿經驗。與房價對比，一點都不值得。”
