“This was a gem. Great stop spot between Rome and Florence. Staff was awesome. All services and amenities were great and our requests were easily looked after. Lobby and hotel in general beautiful. Dinner and buffet breaky were excellent. Very good quality meals and very good service. This place was a top stay for us and if the location is where you may be - you will not regret staying here. “The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here.
However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”

But the apartment was full of black mold in shower/bathroom.
Floors were dusty and full of hair, bed sheets had stains of dried blood.

Nao pudemos jantar porque nao aceitaram nossa entrada com o vinho que compramos na recepcao e como era uma unica noite e iriamos pegar voo no dia seguinte, preferimos tomar o vinho a jantar (esse foi o unico infortunio ja que estava ansiosa por provar os pratos oferecidos).”
