“Communication with Emily was great! Only “issue” we had was that some of the light switches didn’t work, outlets didn’t hold plugs & some interior doors didn’t shut all the way. But nothing stopped us from enjoying our vacation. ”

“This is a Lovely and well appointed home.Everything was as listed. *The Wifi was great and reliable. *The kitchen is well stocked and enjoyable to cook in. *The bed we slept in was very comfortable.With a good combination of bedding and fresh clean linens.It is very nice to have onsight laundry for longer stays. “ Our family lives far apart and we don’t get to see each other often. We filled up both units and it worked out great. It was absolutely one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. “The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. The marina is under new management and Kevin is providing feedback to them. Hopefully they will address it for future guests. We loved the location on the……
