“事前予約かつ支払い済みにもかかわらず、投宿当日に満室との旨を告げられた。 支払い済みであると告げると、シングルの部屋はあるとの回答。 ツインで支払い済みにも関わらず同額にもかかわらずグレードを下げる内容は承諾しかねると告げたところ、ツインを案内された。 １週間前にも宿泊をしていたので、設備にシャワーがあることを確認していたものの、案内された部屋にはなく、そのクレームを告げるとそのような設備はないと不誠実な回答。 先週の例を示して詰問したところ、翌日部屋を変えるとの回答であったが、担当者が変わった翌日には梨のつぶてであった。 部屋には窓の隙間や壁の穴などが多く、また害虫が異常に多い。 レストランではメニューの8割が常時注文不可。 ただし、近所（~100m）には中華料理屋がある。 Wifiは部屋や故障の有無に依るものの、少なくともレセプションでの通信は可。 熱湯の出はよく、またありがちな突然の温度低下も見られず、この点は高評価。 市内のホテルに比べると宿泊費は割安であるが総合的に値段とは釣り合わないという印象。”

“I've stayed twice now at The Prince Charles Hotel. It is a really nice new clean building, with comfortable beds. But it's in an odd location far from almost everything (it was close to a residence I was visiting). But it's so quirky- some rooms have no external windows. There are usually no hangers in the wardrobe, or available at reception. In your room you can hear everything echoing in the hallway. “10月1号晚上快12点了才到卢萨卡，按着酒店订单上的酒店地址找了两个小时都没找到该酒店，联系电话也一直打不通，最后找了辆当地的车付钱让司机给我们当向导才找到，入住已经零晨两点半了，前台还一直强调我们订的大床房只能有一个免费早餐，另一个人要付费！！！！酒店外面看着还可以，内部很陈旧，厕所比较脏，厕所垃圾桶里还有两个空的饮料瓶，一看就是上位房客扔的酒店竟然没打扫！！非常不愉快的经历”

“I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk.”
