“I've stayed twice now at The Prince Charles Hotel. It is a really nice new clean building, with comfortable beds. But it's in an odd location far from almost everything (it was close to a residence I was visiting). But it's so quirky- some rooms have no external windows. There are usually no hangers in the wardrobe, or available at reception. In your room you can hear everything echoing in the hallway. “I booked in advance and paid in full. When I arrived there was no record of my booking. So I was turned away having to pay additional taxi fares a search for a new hotel having already paid for this one. I hope at the very least for a full refund. The virtual support was hopeless.”

“Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you".
