“The checkin process was efficient and friendly. I had a bit of a fumble with my key card and a staff person noticed and showed me how to correctly use it. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was perfectly clean and well laid out. It had all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel room. A chair, a desk, a desk chair, a nice well-made bed. Two bedside stands two lamps and alarm clock, a TV or refrigerator or microwave. A luggage stand. A chest of drawers. The sink area had a coffee maker……

“Trash cans was full and stink bugs all over ceiling in the room and when we checked in the room there was not any wash cloths or towels in the room and its just not good ”

“Arrived after 1am. Their system reset at 1 am. Put ne as no show. Lost reservation. Had to get refunded. ”
