“It was like coming into a friend's home. Staff excelled at hospitality especially Star who was the receptionist. She was so pleasant and helpful. Her cheerfulness and admission of her love for her job was so welcoming. Another staff member was the breakfast room person...Sally???? She again was very cheerful and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The entrance was very inviting with the staircase, fireplace, and elegant chairs and table. Staying at a Country Inn & Suites has never……

“Great place ”

“Room was not as expected. Booking indicated a suite with 2 areas to sleep in. Room has 2 full sized beds and a door without a deadbolt. WiFi and television were out and no discount or warning provided besides a printed sign. Mold on mirror, sink, and shower curtain. Exterior does not appear to match photos provided on booking. Room did have updates but appeared overall to not be ready for guests yet. ”
