Street lights from the church across the street shined very brightly in the bedroom window so some room darkening curtains would be helpful. “This was a great spot to relax. They have a really well put-together binder of area recommendations and a trail map of paths on the 12-acre property. It's great to sit out in the swings or down by the pond and enjoy coffee with Jack and Jill, the local goose-couple. The Hot Tub is great for soothing muscles after a day of area hiking and biking. “We enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect for where we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable! Kitchen and bathroom were both really nice! The only negative was that the flooring is all concrete and has a lot of steps and a ledge. Both my kids fell and hit their heads on the floor. So I wouldn’t recommend if you have a child who isn’t walking yet. “The first night—excellent. Second night at 2:00 am someone in the loft beside me starting yelling, screaming, fighting between male and female. This went on until 3:45 am and I finally went back to sleep. I heard every curse word yelled by each of them. Suggestion—the door to each loft needs a deadbolt lock for added security. The neighborhood where the west end flats are located is sketchy and if I was a female—it may not feel totally safe at night Other than that—neat and would suggest.……
