“THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. I arrived by Peru Hop bus at 5 am in the morning and they checked me in for half of the price which I was happy at the end and I swop breakfast for that morning as I was leaving next day at 3 am for Colca canyon trek.
