“A mini microwave and a new scissors and you have a home run”

“Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. ”

“Everything was good, except for the noisy neighbor, and no hot water. Also it would have been nice if a microwave oven was there. One other thing, I thought it was a one bedroom condo, when in actuality it was a studio. Aside from everthing, it was a good place.”

“The bathroom smelt awful. Probably from the mold that caked the hose on the shower head top to bottom. The toilet wasn’t even bolted down. The rest of the condo smelt like fried fish. The owner left us one regular towel and 2 small thin rags to last the 3 of us 3 days. There was a price list for if you used a blanket for example. It was far smaller and not nearly as nice as it was represented on Expedia. I did not enjoy my stay.”

“The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! ”

“The view was amazing, the room had all our needs, the guards were extremely helpful. The host was amazing. I wish we spent both weeks here instead of 1.”

“when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess……

“Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. It was brightly lit in the room. I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear. We immediately packed our……

“Stayed 5 weeks in beautiful condo and well kept property. Owner and property management were very responsive to requests and wonderful to interact with. Would stay there again without hesitation.”

“I like how the place is so spacious. Owner is very nice and accomodating. Knowledgeable in places in Cebu. 10/10 overall experience!! I recommend this place to everyone! ”

“We were not happy with this accommodation at all. Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. Not disclosed in the pics or the information or I wouldn't have stayed here. Worth the price in Cebu

"Everything is quite good. Big and cozy room, quite environment at high level. The only thing need to improve is that I have to wait for around 15 mins when I Check in at around 7pm. The staff need to answer the call and hold me; and the room is yet ready, need 10 more mins to get the card."

Suitable for family but not Solo Travellers

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
