“Overall as advertised. Convenient location just off cebu road. There is an onsite caretaker who is extremely professional and friendly and who speaks excellent english, which is a big value for anyone without great cebuano. Highly recommend!”

However, I wish there were bathroom curtains in each bathroom Whenever we took showers, everything got wet including the toilet and the toilet paper if we didnt remember to take it out. “The place was so neat and so comfortable to stay. Our stay was so much satisfied because of the place that was so spacious. It also had a complete appliances and hygiene items. All in all its a five star for me. Will definitely choose the same transient hotel once we come back again to Cebu.”

“Very large and nice clean property. The young man who got us settled was very respectful and helpful. Air conditioning worked great. Showers were nice and clean. We were on the go all the time so we disn't really use the kitchen or a lot of the other space, but a great stay.”

“Living area we found hot and uncomfortable. Bedrooms lacked bedside tables, nowhere to put our things. If not for Lon, we would have been lost. Could not locate information booklet that should contain local info etc. Other wise our stay was ok.”

“Gated appt very helpful and caring owner. Mr.Ting met me for a very late check in and even brought us breakfast the first day. This was an appt so it’s not like a hotel but the room was very spacious and was clean. would use again. ”

"Everything is quite good. Big and cozy room, quite environment at high level. The only thing need to improve is that I have to wait for around 15 mins when I Check in at around 7pm. The staff need to answer the call and hold me; and the room is yet ready, need 10 more mins to get the card."

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
