“The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not……

“Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. “My only other point of reference was the costabella in the area last year. I love the pool outside of my room and the beauty of the the bay or shallow ocean outside. I’d probably buy some plastic jacks which are more comfortable to sit in. The restaurant food was great and the juices were great and the pool was nice. “We dine in for lunch since we arrived noon. We order Texas Burger. The burger was good but disappointing because they have beets in the burger. The pepperoni pizza is ok not as good as Landers or Shakeys. Good thing I brought my hair dryer they don’t have one in the room. When I told the staff he said I have to call. No wash rug and hand towel either. They just provide a bath towel. ”

“飯店私人小沙灘大約100公尺沿岸水深在150公分，可以看到蠻多小熱帶魚，給小孩子戲水很安全。但注意要穿涉水鞋，畢竟水底是礁岩，不穿鞋容易受傷。 除了三餐沒得選，只能在渡假村用餐外，唯一美中不足的就是木座床，稍微移動、翻身就會發出聲響，睡覺對聲音比較敏感的容易睡不好～ 床墊偏軟，看個人喜好了。”

“服務人員很客氣，但服務時間太短，飯店離機場太遠，又碰到交通不好，花了五小時才到，晚上八點多，櫃檯已經下班，所以找了一下才有人拿鑰匙來，餐廳也休息了，地處偏遠沒地方吃。早上十一點的飛機，五點要離開，所以前一晚要check out ,刷卡要加3%，之後點的東西，必須用現金付。餐廳吧枱可以點的東西不多。但旅館外，只要走路出去就可以潛水，非常棒，老闆說這裡是這一帶最高級的飯店，我相信是。別期望太高，相信可以玩得很開心！”
