“The condo was great. We were there for CMA fest which was all downtown and Nissan stadium. The location was so fast and easy to get to/from both these quickly.The elevator was broken on departure day so we had to go down 4 flights with all luggage and coolers…which was hard. Hopefully it was fixed quickly for others.You might check the seal on the fridge…it doesn’t seal properly unless you close it hard and with purpose.Everything else was great!”

From the time I booked the unit to the time we departed, she was extremely responsive and helpful. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone looking for a rental in Nashville. I would not hesitate to stay her again when we travel to Nashville in the future.”

“The condo was perfect. The roof top was nice. We played corn hole and relaxed. We decided to uber instead of renting a car and it worked out great. We would rent again. Thank you. ”

“Stayed in East Nashville as that was were the original apartment was located. However, the apartment being rented was a bit away in North Nashville. But stay was perfect for us as it was close to downtown but not in downtown.”

“We were disappointed to arrive to an unclean house. We messaged the owner and they sent a cleaning crew out the next morning. We definitely felt more comfortable once we had the place cleaned. Parking spaces were very tight. We had to park our SUV across the street. The house was stocked with necessities to cook in the kitchen for our large family. Beds were comfortable. Slept 9 comfortably and it was great to have a place that accepted our small dog. Beware of keeping any valuables in cars. Two……

Only about 20 minutes from the arena so it was nice and quiet and a good distance away from Nashville that you can easily get back and that it wasn’t too loud or too close.”
