“What a perfect spot to stay to visit Nashville without staying right in the city. Downtown was so easy to get to from the property. Larry was a great host and responded quickly to our questions and was super accommodating. ”

“Family Trip with 12 adults. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and spacious with more than enough beds. The kitchen was a great size for our group. The large dining table would have been great to play cards and games, but the space between the boards made it difficult (we placed a blanket over the table to help). The steps up to the main living area could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. We really appreciated the dock on the property and boat rental with Chip.”

“The condo was great. We were there for CMA fest which was all downtown and Nissan stadium. The location was so fast and easy to get to/from both these quickly.The elevator was broken on departure day so we had to go down 4 flights with all luggage and coolers…which was hard. Hopefully it was fixed quickly for others.You might check the seal on the fridge…it doesn’t seal properly unless you close it hard and with purpose.Everything else was great!”
