“Communication was great, but the cleanliness of the place was bad with minor damage to the walls, floor and some of the handles. The shower curtain fell at midnight and while we were showering. There was a lot of animal hair and my socks were black on the bottom so I don’t get why they charge a cleaning fee when it’s very dirty. The stairs felt unsafe and are cracking. The neighbors dogs are super loud too. Overall a great location, but not really worth it IMO”

“We stayed here for Dreamhack and the apartment was great. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Very easy walk to the convention center and we would happily stay here again when we come back for anything at the convention center. ”

“Communication with management/owner was not very good. I was unprepared for the check-in process. It was different than any other check in process. Having to download apps and have separate security deposits taken at check-in was horrible and inconvenient. The location was great for walking to the convention center and restaurants in the middle of town. The apartment was very nice, a little bit noisy but fulfilled our requirements.”

“Very comfortable, clean condo convenient to Cedar Springs and the activities there. Quiet and safe location. I'll stay here again. Host was exceptional with his communication and concern for my stay. Definitely will stay here again.”

“My wife and I stayed 2 nights when we were going to a Ranger game. It was an easy walk to the ballpark and cowboys stadium. The place was advertised as luxurious and it certainly lived up to that. Everything is well decorated and clean. They’ve thought of everything. Little touches like a coffe bar, large tvs in every room, decorated rooftop patio, and games. We had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here. ”
