“The host Daphne is asking me for 400. For a step on the stairway that was already broken. It was already broken and merely pushed back into place, presenting a fall hazard for me and my small grandchildren!!! My daughter fell down the stairs as soon as we walked into the house. It was already loose and pushed into place. I am disabled and this would have been catastrophic had I actually fallen all the way down the stairs!!Your lack of maintaining a structurally sound and compliant short-term……
