“My husband and I stayed at the smaller house on the property for a weekend, which happened to be Founders Day weekend.The house was lovely, and just a short walk from the center of town.I would highly recommend this location.”

“A great place to stay. It's not walkable to the main square but it's a really short drive and the square can get really busy and traffic jammed so it's nice to be situated away from that. The unit itself was clean, amenities were well kept and clean. I liked the personal candle they left. I'd definitely stay again.”

“This great little property is walking distance to downtown shops and adjacent to the original Dripping Springs. Nice and quite end of street but so close to everything else the area has to offer. Loved the cottage feel ”

“This is a great place to getaway from thr hustle and bustle of everyday life. My fiance and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tube or just sitting in the backyard listening to the animals. Each evening we were visited by 3 deer, what a treat. The house is spacious and clean. We would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your house with us.”

“Without a doubt, the Cowhouse was the cleaniest, best stocked, and most organized we've ever stayed and we've stayed at numerous VRBO properties over the years. I would highly recommend this to anyone.”

“Space felt clean, and there were no bad odors or smells. Small things around the place - missing toilet paper holder, no overhead light in bedroom, lack of dishes for use. Overall though, a great spot! If most people are going out each day or night, and Iy want to use the gym or pool occasionally, this was a great place!”

“After our first stay, we booked again as the property is wonderful. My family loves the area and really enjoys the spacious grounds. The house was super clean just as our first stay and the property manager was very attentive and friendly. Our kids love seeing the horses and Maggie who is a very friendly dog who visited us every day. Overall, this is a great family friendly stay with numerous trails to walk on the property and is just outside of Austin. ”
