“Alles sehr nett und vor allem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird gut Englisch gesprochen. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch, dass es ein richtiges Frühstücksbuffet gibt mit Rührei, Wurst und Käse, Kuchen, Müsli etc. und nicht nur, wie sonst in Italien üblich, ein trockenes Hörnchen mit einem Klecks Marmelade. “Lovely greeting. Husband and wife run hotel. Beautifully clean. Probably the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in so far. Beautiful location. Amply parking. Breakfast has good options but nothing hot apart from toast. Still very tasty. We drove down to the local town. Plenty of restaurants etc. Pool and terrace over looking beautiful views. We recommend. ”

“Ottimo posto, pulito, organizzato, merita più amore da parte degli avventori in quanto troveranno anche dei titolari simpatici e disponibili, colazione semplice ed efficace, venite per più di una sera e sostenete il posto, è a 10 minuti dalla maggior parte delle mete turistiche della zona di cui Montepulciano, c'è una ottima gelateria in zona e delle terme per iniziare a sentirsi meglio fisicamente e mentalmente. Costa poco e vale molto. Merita.”

“This Resort/Spa Hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, in a beautiful and quiet setting/location. The room was lovely! BUT sadly, the staff was so unwelcoming, so unaccommodating and just plain awkward, seeming pretentious and weird, which was very different from our experience in Rome & Sorrento. Not sure if it was the region, or just poor hirings. You could have cut the tension amongst the staff with a knife! Honestly, I would not recommend this stay. You can do better! The nicest people on……
