“I rarely leave a review but this was my 1st time staying in a bread & breakfast. The hosts were warm, welcoming and accommodating. It felt like I was meeting old friends/family. Also, the location was a block away from all the stores, restaurants and night life. They have 2 beautiful dogs that were so sweet. The breakfast was top tier. ”

“Cute decor and breakfast was good. I would recommend going for a room on the 3rd floor as the people above us were stomping around their room at various hours after the "quiet hours". They do put ear plugs on the nightstands but I cannot comfortably sleep with ear plugs in. Otherwise everything was nice. ”

“We had a great time at the Silk Pincushion. It was an easy walk and easy drive to hike to the mesa or get to dinner downtown. What stood out is the breakfast and the company. They hosted and treated us to a great breakfast and the people were so friendly and easy and enjoyable to get to know. We were interested in Golden's history and the home and they were fun and impressive historians :)”

“We have stayed here in different rooms over the years. The Pasque Flower room was adequate for our overnight stay but unless the weather was nice for sitting outside would be challenging for longer stays. It did not have a sitting area other than 2 wooden chairs and a desk. I have enjoyed other rooms on the property more. The staff was wonderful as was the breakfast. I did not like having an assigned time for breakfast as we are early risers and had the latest assigned time. I do……
