“We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very comfortable. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the tavern on sight where we mingled with the locals heard the ghost stories about the hotel. Sat on the porch with our coffee in the morning. Just a great place to stay. “To celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary, my husband and I were looking for a spot that was both reasonably close to home (our summers are too busy for a long trip) but would feel a million miles away from home. “Fantastic experience! Stayed for three days and couldn't be happier. The couple that handles everything are doing an excellent job taking care of each of the visitors. “We had a wonderful time staying at The Silk Pincushion. Judy and Dennis are the sweetest hosts, we had such a lovely time getting to chat with them over the amazing breakfasts that Judy cooked. This B&B is just a few minutes walk away from downtown Golden, we really enjoyed getting to walk around the town, through the trails nearby, and along the river.
