“This was our Christmas gift to our kids. We were at the property for four nights. We loved it. The game room was a hit with the kids and we spent a good portion of our time in the house playing ping pong, fuse ball, and arcade basketball tournaments. The house was a located in a picturesque neighborhood. The convenience to Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs was super nice. “This property was perfect our annual girls trip. The cabin was very clean, well stocked with nice dishes, appliances, bedding, towels and furniture. However the pull out couch could stand a new mattress, it was not very comfortable. The hot tub was an added bonus, that we throughly enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property to others…”

“Do not rent this place! There are electrical problems! 4 rooms downstairs had no heat and no lights in the bathrooms except a floor lamp that flickered and didn’t reach inside the bathroom! I’m pretty sure floor lamps are hazards in bathrooms. The showers and tips were nasty and stained. One lady flipped her light switch on and sparks flew out and she got shocked. Another lady fell all the way down the stairs which are barely wide enough for a child’s foot. There are nails sticking out of where……

“Quiet and comfortable stay in the mountains. Loved the feel of the house. Was upscale but also rustic. Highly recommend if you desire to be a little more secluded but very comfortable. Recommend picking up groceries in Evergreen if coming from Denver airport as there are not any grocery stores nearby. ”
