“The spacious home perfectly accommodated our family of 24 people. The individual families were happy to have their own private sleeping and bathroom areas. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The home is perfectly located and Manitou Springs is a great town with loads of things to do in town and in the surrounding area.The home could have been cleaner. The dishes needed to be washed prior to using; the front porch was not swept/dirty.We also tried to arrange an earlier entry time but……

“Becca the property manager was outstanding! Her communication on the check-in process was great and overall she touched base with us periodically to make sure everything was good. The house itself was beautifully decorated with a first class touch. Kayaks and paddleboards were used daily and provided fun on the water. Located right on Shadow Mountain Lake gave us such breath taking views along with easy access to the lake. And having different kinds of wildlife around and near the property……

“We rented this home to stay at as my daughter’s wedding venue was close by! Everything about the size of the home was perfect! Only thing was there is not a hot tub like advertised and the group steam shower did not work. The location and views amazing! ”
