“These apartments are very functional for a business traveler or couple visiting Indy. Modern space with kitchen and updated bathroom. Very secure, as you need to enter different codes to get in the building, then to get on the elevator and then again at your apartment door. So much so that it can be a bit confusing at first, especially when finding how to get out of the parking garage and into the building for the first time. The customer service team at Cozy Suites is VERY responsive. You get……

“Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for……

“The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot.
