“Cute little place, could use some updates, but overall, Nice. The management company is very responsive, and helpful. Small kitchen with appliances, full size refrigerator, and dishes. Great downtown neighborhood. Queen size bed. The bad: Loud restaurant hood vent right outside the window. AC is also very loud. ”

“There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. They descriminate against young people!!!! They started being nicer to me as soon as I said that.”

“Wonderful place, great host we just happened to be in town the same time as a pacers play off game and a race at IMS, parking is tough. Really do not beed a car though as everything is in walking distance. Driving around indy is a little confusing but great trip ”
