“The communication was non existent from you, Hotels.com. I never received the check in information and was left tracking down the hotel property who was able to finally give me the directions, condo number and key code access. The property was ok but rustic. ”

“We had an awesome experience at check in, the guy who helped us is excellent at customer service. He is very nice and friendly and the girl who helped us check out is also great! The room is very spacious but our tv was a bit small for such a big room. We had nice clean sheets but the bath towels were a bit small, almost like hand towels. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and so was the temperature in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ridgecrest. The……

“A roomy and comfortable condo, furnished with all essentials and filled with interesting art and memorabilia. Building was very quiet with ample parking. All family members (including the dog) enjoyed the getaway!”

“At first, find our house was confused, I was very impressed with the house after found the place. There was no grill gas for barbecue, so eating outside was a bit little tricky.. But everything was very impressed and had a good time.”

“The cabin was great and in a nice location. Very quiet and remote. Kitchen nicely stocked. Absolutely everything you need is here including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. My husband and I would consider staying here again. The hot tub is not operating and this should be noted on the listing. ”

Its proximity to the Yosemite Valley was awesome, amenities were great (updated appliances and AC in all bedrooms), and the place was cozy and comfortable. Dining on the deck was incredibly enjoyable and access to the park was super easy. Thanks for a great stay!”
