"This was the worst tent I've ever stayed in. The quilt was incredibly thin and filthy—essentially a sleeping bag-like blanket, with numerous stains, including a dark red one that looked like blood... disgusting. The blanket was also incredibly dirty and black. It was freezing cold at night. I stayed in my down jacket, curled up in it, unable to fall asleep for ages! The tent had three windows that let in drafts... even with my clothes on, I could still feel the wind on my head... I only managed about three or four hours of light sleep... At 4 a.m., the neighbor's alarm went off... followed by the sound of the bear box door opening... and at 5 a.m., another neighbor's alarm went off... For $182 a night, I'd be better off sleeping in my car!"

"Absolutely disgraceful. Our room was completely buried in sand after the storm, luggage, belongings, everything coated. We spent hours cleaning them piece by piece. Management’s response? Nothing. No room change. No refund. No compensation whatsoever. This is beyond unacceptable, it’s negligent."

"We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. "
