“We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. “We stayed here for a few days while visiting Boston, once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end and found it very convenient to hop on the train and walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The first room was on the third floor and was very small but was fine for two people. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our second room was in the basement and much larger and again, very clean and well-appointed. We did have some noise from the room above us but it wasn't a big issue. They……

“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……
