“Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're a couple or bringing your family to Jaco. Very safe tourist location. ”

“Our unit had a full kitchen, missing only a microwave, which we really never needed. One restaurant/bar on each side of the apart hotel! The stay had the feel of a VRBO in a local area, with amenities, including Wi-Fi and cable TV! We would return to this area and stay again!”

“1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying……

“We (4 adults) enjoyed our stay very much. Finding this hidden treasure off the main road was a little difficult the first time, but we learned the visual landmarks quickly. We felt VERY secure inside the Suites and it was quiet and relaxing. Located in a neighborhood, we had very pleasant interactions with the local residents and frequented the grocery store nearby. David, the Manager, was WONDERFUL with communication and photos showing us where to park, how to gain entrance and get to our rooms……

“We love it here! It was true walking distance to everything. The add is pictured exactly as you would hope!! The view was amazing and the pool and beach are as close as they appear in the listing! The roof top deck is perfection for watching the gorgeous sunsets over the ocean!! Our host was great! Easy to reach and super helpful! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! ”

“Hard, hard to find. No real services offered, basic here is your room. What was fun was in next room screaming kid through out the night. Then in the am and all day noisy atvs all needing mufflers. It was close to beach, but no view of.”

“Gracias a Dios que solo habíamos reservado 1 noche en esta propiedad. Cuando llegamos a hacer check in alrededor de las 3pm todo estaba bien. Alrededor de las 5pm se fue la luz en la propiedad. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. Al estar sin luz por casi 12 horas la comida que teníamos en el refrigedor se puso mala. Claramente no había……
