“This property had a wonderful location,beautiful views . The other condo owners yreated us like family right from the start. The pool was beautiful. The little town has so many wonderful restaurants. Would love to go back.”

“Everything was as expected. Some normal ware from being a rental but minor. Could use a casserole dish in the kitchen for baking in oven.”

“Location was a 5 for both beach and town, property is top notch as it just opened last year, view of the beach and sunsets were superb, only thing is the town is like a 3 as it is not like a resort, but we always felt very safe walking around. Market is an easy walk away Many very good restaurants with Koko's on the beach one of our favorites.Jaco town is an easy drive from the airport on decent highway type roads”

“We enjoyed Los Sueños so much! The condo was a perfect location. Easy golf cart to the beach, the local shopping complex and the many restaurants throughout the resort and local area (we really enjoyed Coco’s at sunset!). The gorgeous grounds and stunning sunsets made for the most amazing photos. We had good communication with Dream Makers and they assisted with cart rental and tours. Plus, Mark answered our many questions about Los Sueños and the Jaco area... We truly appreciated his help when……

“The property grounds were beautiful and the condo had everything needed but..The hot water didn't work up on arrival for 24 hours and the tvs in the master and guest room didn't work. But overall a great stay”

“It was nice, clean and relaxing.”

“I saved to go to Costa Rica for 10 years, I am a 55-year-old women who was traveling alone, the first night I arrived at the condo I could not get into the condo, I messaged Expedia for 2 hours, The end of the conversation with Expedia this is the response "I'm sorry but the condo owner has not responded" I had to stay in the rental car. Not knowing the area was on the USA Embassy's list of dont go places a bag was stoleing out of the rental car. I felt my life was in danger, I only stayed 1……
