“Property was great . A little miscommunication from the rental company for check in ( two unanswered messages). They did finally call me . One thing was the cleaning . Which is not the owner or property managers fault . Going to bed the first night , a four pack of open / out of the box was condoms , they were on the edge of the bed by the head board / pillow as well as a hair tie, a dirty sock were underneath the bed . I ended up washing the sheets because there was NO WAY these sheets……

“I loved the clean beautiful apartment. I had come for QuiltCon2025 and could easily walk to the Convention Center and felt very safe in the neighbourhood. An easy walk to Matt’s Big Breakfast ❤️ which I did twice! The roof top pool and view where lovely, I enjoyed the coffee station on the main floor where you can choose hot chocolate or your favourite coffee from freshly ground beans. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The place was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for us as our son didn’t live too far away. We were missing a few things on arrival but a text to the owner took care of it. He answered right away and had items delivered to us within a few days. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again”

“The hotel has a stylish lobby with a really cool marble fireplace on the second floor, a nice spot to hang out, and that exits onto a pedestrian walking area. Conveniently, a Frye’s grocery is across the street. There are numerous restaurants just steps away. Chico Malo was wonderful upscale Mexican food, beautiful and delicious. The fourth floor has a lovely pool and a cool rooftop bar. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. It worked out well for attending a convention, only 3 blocks to……
