“Frank was a great host. Communication was quick and clear. His place felt like a real home, both in decor and details to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was especially well equipped. The layout and sound proofing between spaces let one have a sense of privacy. We stayed for 2 weeks and found the location great for getting to all the things we wanted to see.”

“The backyard was a really fun and relaxing place to hang out! It was super nice to have the ping pong table, the dart board, and the basketball hoop. It helped make time spent at the house just as exciting and eventful as going out! The beds were super comfortable and the grill worked very nice. The house was well kept, everything in it was accessible and easy to figure out, and the neighborhood was peaceful. Overall, would 100% stay again! Didn't have any complaints. ”

“The house was immaculate and well taken care of. We cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen had all the necessities. Every member of my family remarked that the house was exactly as advertised and it was in a very central location, within walking distance of the Biltmore district.”

“Property is newly remodeled, nicely equipped, very comfortable this time of year and easy to get to places. The neighborhood was quiet and we definitely felt comfortable walking our dog around the area. Erin was easy to communicate with about things. Great trip, nice home away from home.”

The unit definitely could use some new blinds, as the current ones were missing slats, but this did not deter us from spending our vacation here. The neighborhood did feature some homelessness, but our property was never messed with and the owner keeps a video recording of the front of the house, super secure. ”

“My daughter and I sought some sun and R&R during her winter break from college. This cute bungalow really met all our needs. Short jaunt from the airport with a rental car. Cozy, comfortable and spacious. You should consider staying here for the decor alone - eclectic, bauhaus chic. Loved the location; my daughter went running daily and we felt the location was quiet and safe. Lots of cool places to see and dine within half a mile. Would love to come back again sometime when it’s warmer and we……
