“Condo was nice but we would have preferred a little more outdoor space. A little dark and could probably use a refresh. Would suggest replacing all the bath towels with all matching so you don’t feel you’re using the owners leftover mismatched towels. Very communicative and responded quickly to any issues. Good location and close to shopping and restaurants. ”

“The place is nice and pleasant, BUT they make you choose between a damage waiver at $29.90 or a deposit with a mandatory tranasactoon fee. This is just irritating. ”

“Came to Phoenix for one of our best friend’s wedding. They live in the same complex, so location was excellent. The condo was very nicely decorated and extremely clean. Although we didn’t really cook, the kitchen was well appointed. Checking in and out was very easy as was the communication with the owner. Will definitely stay again when we visit our friends next time.”

This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had……
