“It was haunted, booooo!”

“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”

“Everything was good until Sunday morning when the alarm kept going on and off! This was around 10am. No staff came to the rooms saying it was a false alarm. It terrified my 7 year old son and we rushed to pack and leave. There were NO apologizes from the staff that it was a false alarm. I had to ask what happened and they said it was a battery falfunction. Be more professional and go around the hallways saying it's not an emergency. And when checking out, APOLOGIZE for the inconvenience!!!”

“Room was super , toiletries were good , bath towels ample , TV was great , overall good . i have room next to parking lot , so little noisy in area when parking of car , close door neighbour can hear , walls are not thick enough to control noise , close to walking area Aqarium , breakfast spread ok .Seating area were less. Breakfast 1 to 10 - 6 , Room -8, Noise - 5 , overall 1 to 10 - 7”

“Our room was clean and spacious. As with all airport hotels there was a small amount of noise from guest movement at odd hours. Otherwise excellent and very efficient”

“Very beautiful room. The kitchen was a great addition didn’t have to go out and eat as much. ”

“I like how clean the inside of the building and rooms are as well as outside. What I didn’t like is that the windows are NOT double-pane so you can hear the freeway that’s right next to the hotel (right side). It’ll be nice if they offered earplugs in the room. ”
