“We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, plenty of hot water, we have no complaints. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the location and the cafe as we were just a short overnight stay. We would stay again.”

“We’ve been going to South Dakota for over 20 years to hunt in the Chamberlin area. This is the best property we have ever stayed. Plenty of room for our multiple families, quiet, clean and many conveniences. It’s a little bit of a further drive for where we have hunting access but well worth it. We look forward to coming back in the future. ”

“This place is beautiful! House was spacious and open! Bigger than we pictured! Only issue we had was the bath tub which is considered the “hot tub” in the post was really dirty once we put the jets on. Other than that this place is breathtaking! ”

“We really appreciated the size and spaciousness of the log cabin, and our ability to host Thanksgiving dinner for our extended family. The setting above the Missouri was gorgeous as well. Amanda was a fantastic host and had everything ready for us when we arrived, as well as promptly answering a few questions as we got settled. Highly recommended!”

“The property was great for our (5 adults) usage over a week of pheasant hunting. Tons of hunting access from 5 mins away to within an hour. The bird cleaning station was great for our use. The space was actually bigger than expected from the online pictures. Brandon, the host, was super responsive with all of our requests and helped make the stay great. ”

“My mom, sister and I were in town for a birthday party. The property was perfect for us as we met with relatives on Friday and Saturday . We were very satisfied with location and enjoyed the mornings having coffee on the deck watching the sun rise. Everything was clean and very neat! We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Pleasant place and close to hunting but far from anything else for the most part. Aside from the grasshopper cemetery it was great!”

“We picked this dog-friendly location as a halfway point between my family in Colorado and my brother’s in Minnesota. It worked perfectly for our time together and the house and location were beautiful! Christmas decorations were a nice bonus. Had everything we needed. Only thing we wished was available was a bathroom in the basement bedroom. Not a deal breaker, but a bit of a trek in the middle of the night. ;-) We all agreed we’d definitely book again to get the families together. ”

“The property was somewhat remodeled but clearly not worth the double price we paid last year. We disliked the "service fee" whatever that was and having to stream anything on the TV. Luckly that I had just learned how to stream but my brother had no idea. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. I have had a larger shower on a cruise ship, and it didn't hit me in the chest. We were the only vehicle in the parking lot the first two night except one other group in the last cabin. All the other……
