I filled out a card with my info, which I found odd, as usually it's entered into a computer from my driver's license. Web page claims 24/7 front desk, but I checked out in the early morning and there wasn't anyone available. Room was comfortable, but the walls are thin. We had a fun time exploring the house and admiring the unique features like the Jefferson doors to the porches, the old coal dump, and all the super cool antiques in the home.
