“The room is clean and the position is quite good for Costco and Starbucks are quite near. But the basin in the bathroom is really small, besides, water in the pool is not very clean. ”

“Extremely clean but the sheets pillow cases and towels were rough and smelled so strongly of bleach it was hard to sleep. i get the need for cleanliness and it was spotless-but not so comfortable. ”

“There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel when we visited for an admitted students day at UVM. They also only had valet parking, which was a little inconvenient. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. Great location in between UVM and the lake and walkable to Church Street. There was a lot of construction downtown in general so it was a little confusing getting there. ”

“Beautiful hotel, and I have stayed here before I do have a few suggestions for you. First of all, the Internet was very sketchy and making phone calls was definitely an issue issue. Secondly, it would be nice to put a magnifying mirror on the wall by the sink and have better lighting there. Lastly, you could use some yoga mats in the gym. I didn’t love the beds and the bedding and the towels, all first class.”

They were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right at check-in and throughout my stay. “We were able to check in early which meant the world to us since we traveled from 5 am. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The jetted tub was a GREAT surprise and thrilled us. I would highly recommend this location. ”
