“We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised with how well things worked out. We are frequent visitors to Cocoa Beach and love this area so were happy to find another great spot. The home was clean and updated, was in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager was friendly and easy to work with. “My husband and myself along with our son and daughter in-law and our daughter stayed here for a month while moving from Orlando to Dania. The property was just as advertised , clean and comfortable with everything you need and the location can’t be beat. Just a quick little walk to the beach. Bonus that you can see the launches right from the front balcony too. The rooms were large and comfortable.
