“Beautiful, tranquil property grounds. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Well kept pools, shared kitchen available for use and filtered drinking water in family cabin. Loved the dogs on property as well. Walkable neighborhood close to grocery store and about half a mile to bakery and other shops.”

“Property and rooms were pristine and modern. Customer service was excellent and we never had a problem. Location is also convenient if you want to explore San Miguel.”

“No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó. Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante. La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente. Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora...……

“This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience……

“We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. ”

“Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. ”
