“Place is wonderful, clean with an amazing view on the mountains. Very good restaurant at a walkable distance. Breakfast was very good also. There was a dog barking 2-3 times during the night ( both nights)that we could hear from our room… other than that our stay was perfect! We recommend!”

We were so lucky, that the staff (Susanna) upgraded our room to a supirior, because there were one free. “A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters. Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road. In all a very enjoyable stay”

“Only thing we regret is that we only started one night here as we on the way from Portugal to Spain! We couldn’t say enough about this historical hotel and can’t wait to expect one day we return for the longer stay.
