“I booked this vrbo 45 days in advance of a trip I planned to take my children to Busch Gardens on New Years Eve. I got no responses to my messages to the host, so called the host early in the day to be sure all was well. He assured me that all was well and there was nothing needed for check in, just to arrive before 10:30p. We stayed at the park until it closed at 10p and then headed to check in only to find that there was actually no reservation for us. At that point, everything was booked and……

“My family gathered at this property to celebrate the birthdays of our 2 kids. 3 of us stayed on property and others traveled to join us for the day. Beautiful property! It is clean and well kept. Our labrador retreiver particularly loved the access to water at the next door boat launch. The downstairs apartment has a GREAT game room. We enjoyed playing air hockey, pool, video games, and watching sports on the enormous TV. We also enjoyed the fire pit one of the nights we were there. So……
