“Excellent stay. Everything was clean and very cozy. Vicki put together a book of local suggestions which was helpful for dinner ideas and things to do. Area was very private and a wonderful place to stay.”

“The location of this condo was excellent. There is lots to do nearby. It is well equipped with everyday essentials. If you like your morning coffee as I do, bring your own mug. The Keurig is a small 6oz maker. Though this did not hinder my stay at all. The pool was just outside and very convenient. There is an ice machine for all to use, by the pool. There was never anyone there when we would go down. Most people go to the lazy river pool. There is a nice beach arear by the dock where you can……

“The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. ”

“I was in town early for my daughter's wedding and needed a place to stay before my wedding condo was available. As it turned out, the unit was right next door to the Wedding Estate in Kingsmill. The unit was nicely appointed and decorated with great views of the James River from the back deck. It was within walking distance of the Marina, Golf Course, Tennis Club, Resort Center and Marina Restaurant. A great place to stay!!”

“I booked this home for my daughter's 16th, Teen approval beautiful home, location and friendly neighbors. Very clean, immediate response and welcoming messages from the host. I most definitely recommend for family fun. Loaded with games, game room. We play games for quality time and engagement. The pictures do no justice the space and view is immaculate, beautiful settings down to the decor and amenities and everything you need there for household stay. 10/10”

“It was an amazing stay. We were welcomed into a perfectly immaculate home that was exceedingly quiet the whole time. They have so many wonderful amenities right there. The only thing that took me by surprise was that one of the rooms is more of a loft because it doesn’t have a door on it. ”

“My partner and I visited the area to explore the VMFA. The property was well maintained and just as the photos on the listing portrayed. Our host even went grocery shopping for us which was a beautiful surprise. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We are definitely planning on visiting the area again due to our experience this weekend. ”
