“Very good staff, excellent safe parking for my motorbike. Food excellent and decent price, I don’t usually go for set meals but it worked for me. Beer is spot on ales. Butty Bach is served well. My ONLY gripe was that the room was 36deg because no one had bothered to open windows and ventilate it. The whole night it only dropped to 27deg with all windows open. Otherwise I would have given it more stars. Also the ‘continental’ breakfast is basically toast and cereals, no fresh coffee. ”

The room was very comfortable, food delicious (we had dinner and breakfast), all the staff really friendly and helpful, and the whole set up with parking and a lovely beer garden all made for a great night's stay. Thought it could be noisy but wasn't at all. Would definitely stay again (or drop in for food and drinks) if ever back in the area.”

“The hotel is in an old building. The floors are uneven and very creaky to be expected. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom wet tired. The bar was very quiet but the landlord was very friendly and chatted with me for some time which made being solo pleasant. WIFI works just fine through the building. Breakfast was lovely. ”

“The Inn has been a perfect place over the years to rest, eat, relax, and use as a base from which to meet with friends, relatives, or while working in the area. Overall, over the years, I have stayed in the Inn, and the facilities and service have been excellent. I will be using them again in the coming weeks and months. ”

“This was a really lovely, quaint pub in a perfect rural setting. The beer garden area captured the sun all day. Breakfast was great. The entrance to use in the evening could be lit up better as it felt unsafe being alone. The cleanliness of the rooms also needs to be reviewed as it let it down. The bed was lovely and comfy with great pillows and fluffy duvet. I would stay again.”

“This hotel provided me with a fantastically located place to stay whilst attending a nearby wedding. Situated within a gorgeous looking building the hotel makes use of its period features without giving a dated impression. The room I stayed in was spotless and had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Being in the city centre was also another major positive as it meant I could arrive into Hereford by train and walk to the hotel. Hotel staff were also unendingly polite……

“When we arrived a notice said we could order logs for the hot tub but on contacting the person he was away until the following week so a bit disappointing Also it stated shampoo body wash etc would be available but we had nothing The overall experience was brilliant just a couple of little tweaks needed ”
