“The hotel and Bar which displaying signs of the Olde Worlde were nevertheless excellent for us. Clean premises, friendly and very helpful Staff and reasonably priced. We also like the surrounding area of cobbled street and since the premises was fronting on to the River Severn the view was just excellent. Siting outside the Pub alongside the River made for a very pleasant stay on a hot summers evening. Would like to stay there should we happen to be in the district again.”

“I have eaten in Michelin starred restaurants but this was as good as these. Room was impeccable and staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Every possible detail had been considered, from the umbrella hanging outside the room, to the pre dinner nibbles.”

“A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it……
